In this role, you will be providing support to clients coming from different industries and not only locally based clients!

You will:

  • Support client IT systems
  • Create and manage technical solutions
  • Management of policies, permissions, Active Directory, and Office 365
  • Participate in Cloud and Local Back up solutions 
  • Be involved in software security systems
  • Directly dealing with customers on a shift basis

 

Skills / Experience:

 

  • Experience or academic knowledge of Active Directory and Office365 
  • Previous experience within a helpdesk role will be preferred

 

 

Salary / Remuneration:

EUR 20,000 and 25,000 (depends on experience)
