This Legal Officer will join a global organization and be part of an international legal team as the company is offering fantastic career development opportunities and a versatile and dynamic role.
As part of the legal team in Malta, you will report directly to the Legal Director and be very hands-on involved in drafting of agreements, as well as being involved in a wide range of other areas which will enhance your skillset in a multitude of areas and contribute to your development.
You will in addition the above, be part of a larger global team and contribute with your knowledge on international projects and be offered exposure to foreign jurisdictions and its legislations which is quite unique for Maltese entities and support your development for an international career.
You will:
- Draft and review a range of legal agreements and documents;
- Primarily focus on legal queries relating to corporate, commercial and other legal areas;
- Be exposed to local laws and legislation as well as foreign such as the UK and other jurisdictions;
- Collaborate with internal teams ensuring compliance with GDPR and other regulations.
Experience:
- Qualified lawyer in Europe
- 3+ years PQE ideally in corporate & commercial law
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
Salary / Remuneration: EUR 40,000 – 50,000 DOE
