As Senior Legal Manager, you will oversee a large team lawyer ranging from junior to mid-level. This will allow you to further sharpening your management skills and oversee the day-to-day work of the department. Your role from another perspective will be to focus on strategy which will put you on a clear path towards Head of Legal meaning there will be no roof of your internal development.
If you are a seasoned lawyer, qualified in Malta, with people management expertise and a keen interest in business development and strategy, this will be an excellent next step in your career to really move into senior management and leave your mark on the business.
You will:
- Contribute to the strategy of the legal department;
- Be responsible for project delivery and client satisfaction;
- Manage the legal department and contribute to your team’s development;
- Advise key clients and be hands-on involved in client projects.
Experience:
- Qualified lawyer in Malta
- 5+ years’ experience, managing a team considered an asset
- Excellent communication skills in English
Salary / Remuneration: EUR 65,000 – 75,000 DOE
