One of the most successful companies is searching for a skilled PSP Manager with expertise in Payment Service Providers (PSP) to not only join their team but to also take the lead. The organization has a well-established presence in the iGaming industry and is widely recognized for delivering outstanding services. This company is on a rapid growth trajectory, necessitating the addition of a dynamic individual who can spearhead interactions with different Payment Service Providers, enabling you to elevate your negotiation skills.

This role is based on the sun-soaked island of Malta, offering you the chance to implement your unique perspective and contribute to the team’s efficiency. With a substantial team size, you’ll have the opportunity to engage and lead a highly motivated and talented international group.

Your primary focus will be on PSPs, as well as overseeing payment reviews, operations, and team performance, providing an ideal environment to refine your managerial skills. Another key responsibility will involve nurturing and expanding relationships with payment providers, facilitating portfolio growth and client base expansion.


You will:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Payment Service providers.
  • Cultivate robust relationships to secure business partnerships and optimize commercial agreements.
  • Take charge of key accounts by enhancing existing relationships and identifying avenues for business expansion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to discern market-specific needs.
  • Conduct negotiations with payment providers to enhance deposit flows and pricing.
  • Stay current with the latest and most effective payment solutions.
  • Work closely with the Optimisation Manager to ensure the integration of innovative and state-of-the-art payment functionalities.
  • Conduct research and review competitor websites, providing recommendations accordingly.
  • Coordinate with the Legal and Corporate departments to ensure seamless onboarding of new payment providers.
  • Monitor and track the performance of Payment Service Providers (PSPs).
  • Compile and present comprehensive reports on PSP performance.
  • Collaborate with the Finance department to ensure smooth settlement processes with providers.


Skills / Experience:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in a Payment Solutions or PSP Management position within the iGaming Industry is required.
  • Familiarity with both Regulated and Unregulated markets will be considered a valuable asset.


Salary / Remuneration: €55,000 – €65,000 (Depending on Experience)
