This Legal Counsel will join an internationally acclaimed organization offering unique international exposure as one of the most stable and recognized employers in Malta. As part of the legal department, you will be based with the legal headquarters in Malta collaborating daily with other lawyers based here. In addition, you will be continuously exposed to international topics such as cross-border transactions as well as other areas offering unrivalled international exposure and collaboration with international lawyers in Europe and US.

You will:
- Provide legal advice on areas such as corporate, commercial, employment, and data protection laws.
- Collaborate with international lawyers on organizational projects.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts.
- In collaboration with other teams mitigate international risks that could affect the organization.
Skills / Experience:
- Qualified EU Lawyer.
- 2+ years PQE in the areas of corporate & commercial law.
- Fluent in English.
Salary / Remuneration: €35,000 – €45,000 (Depending on Experience)
