As a Junior IT Officer, you’ll play a crucial role, reporting directly to the IT manager. You will:
- Provide first-line IT support to employees, escalating issues to third-party service providers when necessary.
- Administer and support the bank’s IT infrastructure, collaborating closely with external service providers.
- Handle Windows server administration, including Active Directory, and manage Microsoft 365 administration, such as assigning and revoking licenses.
- Support core banking software applications, liaising with service providers to address issues and implement fixes or updates.
Experience:
- Basic understanding of IT principles and concepts.
- Familiarity with computer hardware and software.
- Strong communication skills.
Salary / Remuneration: EUR 25,000-30,000
