You will:
- Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, security, and backups.
- Provide 2nd level support to various departments.
- Contribute to IT hardware procurement.
- Assist in network installation and configuration.
- Maintain technical inventory and documentation.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in server virtualization technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and network issues.
- Previous experience with Ticket Management systems required.
Salary/Package:
