You will:
- Provide technical support for client IT systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Support technically the local team regarding IT matters
- Develop and implement technical solutions
Skills and Experience:
- Strong foundation in IT with academic knowledge or prior experience
- Previous experience in a helpdesk or customer support role is advantageous
- English is essential and basic knowledge of French is an advantage
Salary Range: EUR 27,000 to 30,000 (depending on experience) + Benefits
