You will:
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new talent.
- Develop and enforce HR policies that align with company values and ensure compliance with Malta’s employment laws.
- Address employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintain meticulous employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through team-building activities, wellness programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Keep up-to-date with HR trends and best practices, bringing innovative ideas to the company.
Experience:
- 2-4 years’ experience in an HR role
- Strong knowledge of local HR best practice and framework
