This Corporate & M&A Lawyer will join a reputable firm involved in a range of large-scale transactions offering excellent exposure in the area of corporate & M&As. Due to growth, they are expanding its team and creating an excellent career path for someone eager to develop their skillset in this field.
As part of this team, you will have excellent guidance and mentorship to build up an expertise in M&As. Additionally, you will not be limited to this as the firm operates with a mindset to allow all the lawyers to be exposed to other areas which in turn will allow you to upskill significantly and gain a very sought-after skillset.
If you have developed an interest in the field of M&As and corporate law and has some experience in the field, this is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly regarded team that will allow you to be known as an expert in the field.
You will:
- Handle local and cross-border transactions;
- Be involved in large M&A transactions;
- Provide legal advice;
- Draft, review and negotiate legal and commercial documents.
Experience:
- Warranted Advocate in Malta
- 1+ years post-warrant experience in corporate law
- Excellent communication skills in English and Maltese
Salary / Remuneration: EUR 30,000 – 40,000 DOE
