This Corporate & Commercial Lawyer will join a leading organisation with an outstanding reputation in Malta. They are looking to expand its legal team offering a spectacular opportunity if you are looking to become a renowned corporate & commercial lawyer with great exposure and room for career development on offer.


As a Corporate & Commercial Lawyer, you will advise on a broad range of topics and transactions with cross-border complexities. Your daily activities will be on providing advice, contractual matters and larger scale projects offering you a dynamic day-to-day.


If you have built up experience in corporate law, but are looking to elevate your career to the next level in an environment that will shape you into a leading lawyer in Malta, this is the opportunity you have been waiting for.


You will:

  • Advise on local and cross-border M&A transactions;
  • Advise ongoingly on governance, risk & compliance issues;
  • Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts;
  • Take part in, and over time lead, larger scale projects.



  • Qualified lawyer in Malta
  • 2+ years PQE, after obtaining warrant
  • Experience in advising on corporate law is a must


Salary / Remuneration: EUR 30,000 – 40,000 DOE
