Back Office Administrator – Pensions & Financial Services

Are you a recent graduate or someone with a year or two of office experience looking to launch your career in finance? This opportunity offers a fantastic entry point into the pensions and financial services industry with a well-established global firm.

In this role, you’ll support the processing of pension applications and documentation, perform basic AML checks on new cases, and work in a structured, fast-paced back-office environment. It’s ideal for individuals with administrative experience or a university degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field who are eager to advance their careers.

You’ll benefit from a comprehensive training programme, ongoing development, and a collaborative team environment, no sales, no phone targets, just clear processes and long-term prospects.

You will:

  • Handle pension-related documentation and input client data accurately
  • Perform basic AML checks, including ID verification and due diligence
  • Manage email workflows and support internal teams
  • Grow your knowledge of the financial services sector with full training

Skills / Experience:

  • A university graduate or someone with 1–2 years in an admin or financial role
  • Familiarity with AML, document handling, or customer due diligence is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to build a career in finance
  • Excellent written communication and a process-driven mindset

Salary / Remuneration: €22,000 – €26,000 (Depending on Experience)
