I’m recruiting an junior/mid-level Analyst to join a rapidly expanding, and very well-known organisation in the HR technology department.
As HR Systems Analyst, you will be involved with handling HR insights, generating reports for various departments, and taking care of the reporting portal.
You will collaborate alongisde the HR technology team, and wider IT team on the seamless operation of the HR platform. Plenty of projects in the pipeline inlcuding the implementation and roll-out of Power Apps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create Power BI reports on HR system data
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand requirements
- ERP administration, configuration, and analysis
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience using HR systems
- Power BI dashboarding and reporting experience
- DAX coding experience – highly beneficial
Salary / Remuneration Package:
