Our organisation, within the financial sector, offers personalised financial solutions to both individuals and businesses. As the Compliance Manager, you will ensure the company’s strict adherence to all relevant regulations and protocols about AML and CFT. You will play a role in implementing and overseeing robust compliance measures across all operations, ensuring that the company upholds the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct.
You will:
- Support in reviewing local, EU, and international laws to ensure the company’s compliance.
- Offer guidance on implementing and sustaining specific regulations.
- Manage regulatory deadlines for timely reporting.
- Conduct initial impact assessments and assist in implementing legal requirements.
- Monitorself-assessment and regulatory findings to address any outstanding matters.
Skills/Experience:
- 2-3 years’ Regulatory Compliance experience in the financial industry
- A degree or certification in business management, banking, and finance, legal, governance, or risk is a plus.
