The Client
Our client is a leading online gaming company with over 40 years of collective experience in the high-stakes world of top global media. They are currently looking for a Office Administrator to join their team in Malta. The successful candidate will directly report to the Head of Human Resources.

Job Responsibilities: 

Key Responsibilities
The Office Administrator carries out various functions within the office environment to make sure that the administrative duties required by the company are carried out smoothly.
The ideal candidate is expected to:

  • Answering and screening telephone calls
  • Ensuring knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
  • Monitoring visitor access and maintaining security awareness
  • Providing general administrative and clerical support
  • Organising conference and meeting bookings
  • Coordinating meetings (in Malta and abroad) and organizing catering when necessary
  • Monitoring and maintaining office equipment
  • Dealing with suppliers by obtaining quotes of various office items and making final orders
  • Collating all information in relation to employee working hours and producing reports for assisting in payroll preparation
  • Maintaining sick leave and leave records
  • Ordering stationery, kitchen and other office supplies
  • Using CV database of incoming job applicants and coordinating job interviews for new recruits
  • Organising quarterly events for all the company (team building activities, etc), together with the HR team
  • Maintaining a petty cash log and ensuring supplies bought are within budget
  • Supporting other teams as needed
Candidate Skills: 

Requirements

  • Be Computer literate particularly in Excel and Word
  • Minimum of a University/MCAST diploma in Business and Commerce
  • Minimum 1 year of experience carrying out Administration
  • Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure when needed
  • Polite, courteous and well-groomed
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Clean police conduct
