The Client
Our client is a leading I-gaming company with operations in a number of European countries. They are now in the process of growing their Malta office and they are looking for a CRM Manager to join their team. The main objective of this role is to support the development of an online casino marketing strategy with overall responsibility for promotional marketing and effective customer satisfaction and ongoing standard improvements

Job Responsibilities: 

Key Responsibilities

  •  Work with various teams to co-ordinate and deliver effective CRM campaigns
  • Implement the CRM Contact Plan using a wide variety of CRM tools
  • Coordinate the process from planning to actual send out of all loyalty generating promotions
  • Review and monitor competitor activity
  • Provide detailed weekly reporting on performance and ROI
  • Work closely with CRM Operations, Country Managers, Creative, VIP and BI teams to ensure fruitful stakeholder management and collaboration.
  • Managing the company's day-to-day consumer relations protocols.
  • Manage key vendor relationship and databases.
  • Drive the continuous optimisation of on-site product recommendations, cross-selling and merchandising opportunities based on segmentation models and desired actions.
Candidate Skills: 


  •  Excellent knowledge of or experience in CRM, VIP or Product Marketing in the gaming sector.
  • Strong and credible HTML skills and technical know-how to use CRM analytic tools effectively.
  • Strong technical and analytic capabilities, results driven with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage an extensive workload with solid prioritising skills
  • Proven background in campaign management with end to end ownership
  • Innovative/creative thinker with excellent written and verbal, communication, organisational, teamwork skills
  • Experience in and understanding of, working in a multinational company
  • Fluency in Italian – written and spoken would be a bonus
  • A willingness to travel on a regular basis when required.
