Our Client, a key player in the Fintech industry is looking for a young and creative Online Marketer to join their young team. The selected candidate will be assisting the Head of Operations, to help grow the company's international investor communities and help increase market share.

Job Responsibilities: 
The selected candidate will be responsible for the administration and execution of all marketing related tasks.
  • Online advertising & direct marketing campaigns
  • Consolidating all related support functions to ensure operational effectiveness.
  • Keeping the brand active, present. relevant and engaging;
  • Managing the social media community, including Groups, and creating original methods of engagement; 
  • Driving awareness, consideration and participation in the Brand's offline events via digital marketing on social platforms & direct email marketing;
  • Providing an internal first point of contact for lead enquiries, updating and managing our leads CRM systems and assisting the team in closing sales;
  • Measuring and reporting of all social media campaigns and proposing improvements to marketing processes and channels; 
  • Creating and managing an integrated content marketing calendar 
  • Constantly keeping abreast of new ways by which to keep the Brand visible in it's ideal market;
  • Researching the market, industry trends, competition and other aspects of the space in which the Brand operates and accordingly identify relevant content/stories suitable for the Brand's target audience.
  • Able to design both offline and digital marketing collateral for the team
Candidate Skills: 
  • Proven track record in a marketing environment, with digital marketing and graphic design experience
  • Enthusiastic about getting involved in the daily execution of marketing tasks
  • A passion for metrics analysis, content creation and presentation
  • Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge in written and spoken German and/or French would be considered an asset;
  • Excellent IT skills and proficiency in all social media forms as well as design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite) and office suites (preferably Google’s Apps suite)
  • Strong organizational & supervisory skills while remaining flexible and courteous, with a demonstrated commitment to the utmost professional ethical standards
  • Entrepreneurial personality, comfortable in a small, fast-paced start-up environment
