Job Information: 

Our client is and international boutique trust company focused on the implementation and maintenance of global tax planning, estate planning and asset protection for corporate clients, high-net-worth individuals and their business. They are currently looking for a Corporate Administrator to join their growing and dynamic team in Malta. The successful candidate will directly report to the Senior Legal Officer.

Job Responsibilities: 
Managing a client portfolio and seeking to accommodate client’s respective needs in a timely manner and in accordance with regulatory procedures
Maintaining an organised and structured client filing system
Responding to inquiries and requests from clients, managers and internal sources
Liaising with the Registry of Companies, banks, International Tax Unit and VAT Department
Dealing with incorporations, amalgamations, re- domiciliation's, liquidations and dissolutions as well as maintenance of the company’s corporate minute files
Candidate Skills: 
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
A degree in Business or related studies or other similar qualification
Have a proactive and meticulous approach to work
Good time management skills, with a high attention to detail
Be a willing to learn, flexible team player
