M&E Foreman/Site Manager

Job Information: 

Our client is an established Installations company based in Malta. They provide a wide range of quality services within electrical and plumbing installations. They are currently looking for an M&E Foreman/Site Manager to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be provided with a necessary training.

Job Responsibilities: 
Coordinating tasks accordingly to priorities and plans
Maintaining a good relationship between employees and clients
Producing schedules and monitoring attendance of the crew
Allocating general and daily responsibilities
Supervising and training workers and tradespeople
Ensuring manpower and resources are adequate
Guaranteeing all safety precautions and quality standards are met
Supervising the use of machinery and equipment
Monitoring expenditure and ensuring it remains within budget
Being the main point of contact for any arising issues and ensuring its smooth resolution
Communicating the work progress to managers and engineers
Candidate Skills: 
3-5 years’ experience in various domestic & industrial coordinates and delivering of projects
A good knowledge of both industrial and domestic projects as well as hand on experience in both
Fluency in English and good communication skills
Knowledge of building methods and regulations
Good problem-solving skills with the quick decision-making ability
Good interpersonal and team working skills
Excellent time and project management skills
