Spanish Speaking Team Leader

Job Information: 

Our client is an established financial institution, with headquarters in Malta, and operating across Europe.  They are currently looking to employ a Spanish Speaking Team Leader to join their multinational team based in Malta. 

Job Responsibilities: 
  • Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Spanish-speaking Team Leader will be overseeing a team of Spanish-speaking sales and customer support representatives 
  • Collaborate with the Sales team members to constantly improve process efficiency and overall results
  • Understand thoroughly the firm’s products whilst ensuring that customers are always presented accurate information
  • Actively seeking new sales by executing appointed strategies and instructions
  • Liaise closely with other departments, especially Payments and Collections, in order to ensure transparent and efficient interaction
  • Ensure adherence to the firm’s Code of Ethics and related policies
  • Ensure an excellent customer experience 
Candidate Skills: 

  • Excellent command of English and Spanish languages is a prerequisite
  • Good level of education
  • Experience in customer onboarding and documentation verification processes
  • Sound interpersonal skills and relationship building abilities 
  • Solution-oriented self-starter with high motivation
  • Enthusiasm, motivation and the ability to be proactive 
  • Experience in leading small to mid-size teams
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially MS Excel
This is a full time job, shifts basis (day shifts)
