Job Information: 
Our client is a local leader in the hospitality, tourism and leisure. They are currently seeking to recruit an Administration Clerk to join their team in Malta. The successful candidate will directly report to the Accountant and the company’s Managers.
Job Responsibilities: 
Providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient administrative operations
Posting of data using SAGE software 
Reconciliation of tickets (sales)
Maintaining the accounting records by making copies and filing documents 
Drafting emails
Taking bookings
Inputting bookings in tailor-made system
Candidate Skills: 
At least one year experience in the same or similar role
Good IT skills, knowledge of Sage in particular
Ability to work in team 
Although training will be provided, basic knowledge of accounting will be considered as an asset
