Cashier & Payments Product Manager

Job Information: 

Our client is a leading online gaming company. They try to develop and manage leading cutting-edge digital gaming brands and always excel in providing customers with the ultimate digital gaming experience and first class customer service. They are currently looking for an experienced Cashier & Payments Product Manager to join their team in Malta. The successful candidate will directly report to the Head of Product.

Job Responsibilities: 
Taking an ownership of the cashier performance for all brands
Daily, weekly and monthly analytics and reporting
Daily monitoring of performance
Working on product improvements, competitor analysis and product roadmap
Integrating new payment methods
Managing the relationships of all cashier and payment providers
Configuring and changing the settings
Taking an ownership of product knowledge, assistance to operations and product training
Candidate Skills: 
At least 2 years’ experience in product management in the online gaming industry
Extensive knowledge of payment integrations and cashier integrations
Experience in analysing business requirements and writing technical documents
Experience in working with cross-company departments, specifically with R&D departments
Excellent proficiency in English
Independent, self-motivated and able to work on multiple projects
Knowledge of project management tools (Jira and Agile process would be considered as an asset)
Project management experience would be considered as an asset
