Job Information: 

Our client is a leader in payment services and card payments acquisition, specialising in tailor made solutions for e-commerce transaction processing. They are now seeking to recruit a Customer Relations Specialist to join their Customer Support Department. This is a full time job which, due to the nature of the work, you will be expected to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Based in a trendy, sophisticated and comfortable premises, this job comes with an attractive remuneration package and a number of benefits and perks.

Job Responsibilities: 
  • Responding to any customers' enquiries by understanding the requirement, performing research and providing answers or explanations  
  • Resolving any reported technical or financial problems by clarifying the issues, examining and exploring available resolutions or implementing alternative solutions
  • Escalating unresolved issues to the relevant business / system owners until a resolution is available  
  • Providing customers with information on the company’s various systems, platforms and procedures when required
  • Performing network and system monitoring to ensure that our processing platform and technology remains stable and operational at all times
  • Working with the relevant business / system owners if any potential faults or errors are identified 
  • Updating and logging in any activities within the company’s CRM system
Candidate Skills: 
  • At least 1 year experience in a customer support function in technology, finance or banking 
  • Strong IT skills, in particular Microsoft Excel 
  • Excellent command of English is a prerequisite
  • Customer focused
  • Able to analyse data to identify trends or spot issues
  • Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients
  • Solid interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels
  • Display calmness under pressure and have the ability to react quickly and efficiently
  • Be flexible and is able to work with minimal supervision
