You will be responsible for researching and analyzing business processes and presenting robust recommendations for the implementation of new or optimized processes. Communication will be a key factor in this role since you will be working with cross-functional project teams.
You will:
- Obtaining user feedback and ensuring that this feedback is taken on board and processes improved when this is feasible
- Reengineering processes to ensure that these can be digitalized
- Drive cultural change by championing an agile mindset and ensuring the organization is at the forefront of industry best practices.
Skills/Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial sector
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Agile advocate
Salary / Remuneration: €40000 – €45,000 Gross Per Year + Great Benefits
